As the author of Leap Out of Your Lane, I’ve shared the framework that has guided leaders to step boldly into new possibilities, even when the path ahead wasn’t clear.

What I’ve learned is this: leadership is not about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, embracing change, and having the courage to leap. Today, I partner with rising leaders and C-suite executives to sharpen their clarity, expand their influence, and design strategies that deliver real impact.

I’m a strategic and high-achieving technology marketer and product executive with over 20+ years of global experience, and in North America, where I have managed brands, P&L, and product portfolios of up to $10B in Fortune 500 companies for global and national brands such as Verizon, Orange/France Telecom, and Optimum. A trusted C-Suite advisor, board member, and brand strategist driving digital transformation for Telecom, Mobile, Media & Tech businesses.

A graduate with a degree in Marketing and Corporate Finance from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a master’s in marketing from Barna School of Business/EADA (Santo Domingo-Barcelona). I completed advanced executive studies in Strategic Management, AI Strategy, AI Product and Marketing, and Leadership through programs offered by Section, Pendo, Google, Illinois State University, Women in Cable and Telecommunications, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

A speaker on leadership and technology, and the author of the book “Leap Out of Your Lane: The Playbook for Unlocking Your Success by Embracing Change,” winner of the 2024 International Impact Book Award, and debuted in the Amazon Top 20 leadership books.

I‘ve been married to my husband for 25 years and have two amazing young adults, a daughter and a son, who are in college. We also have a beautiful maltipoo dog. We are passionate about the beach, the outdoors, live sports, music, concerts, and the theater.
